The Seegut "Blaue Blume" is located between Prenzlau and Templin in the middle of the idyllic Feldberg lake district in the heart of the Uckermark, about an hour and 30 minutes from Berlin.

The picturesque surroundings of the Seegut estate with gentle hills, clear, secluded lakes and old, healthy mixed forests invite you to come to rest and let your mind wander.

In an almost secluded location, the approximately 8-hectare property, including its own lake with a small island, forest and meadows, is an ideal place for offsites, seminars, retreats, workshops and training courses. The Seegut therefore also offers good opportunities for organising parties and celebrations and group excursions.

The estate and the seminar house are run by us, a colourful community of 15 people who live and work here. We work tirelessly and enthusiastically together to develop this magical place for ourselves and others with innovative and forward-looking projects.

Our Seminar Centre Focuses on:

Community-building process work, communication, youth and adult education in the areas of nature and the environment, sustainability and human potential development.

We invite you to a personal visit to Seegut Blaue Blume. You can get inspired on the veranda with a view of the lake or on a walk together to discover our extensive grounds and we will be happy to advise you on your planned project.

A total of 14 single, double and triple rooms, a small flat (35 beds in total) and a group dormitory for up to 15 people, as well as a number of tent options and Campervan sites are available for overnight stays. All rooms have their own bathroom with toilet and shower.

Groups can also use 2 seminar rooms, 2 dining rooms, a fully equipped seminar house kitchen, a sauna house with relaxation room, an outdoor barrel sauna and a fireplace with a sweat lodge in the forest.

Weddings & large events (Exclusive package)

Would you like to hire the entire Seegut Blaue Blume exclusively for your event? Then you have the opportunity to book the entire Seegut including all 15 rooms (up to 35 people), group dormitory (up to 15 people), tent facilities, fireplace room, 2 seminar rooms, dining room, catering kitchen, barrel sauna, sauna house with relaxation and massage room, 2 terraces etc. for 1,950 € / day. (min. 3 days or 2 nights).

Thank you discount (for organisers)

We offer you a 10% discount on the use of seminar rooms, kitchen and sauna for an event lasting at least 5 nights and an occupancy of at least 8 rooms, This also applies to the total amount of exclusive bookings.

Discount „Naturfreundehaus Blaue Blume“ 

As a Naturefriends house, all Naturefriends groups whose participants are also Naturefriends can stay at Seegut Blaue Blume at a 10% discount on presentation of their Naturefriends ID card!

Culinary & Kitchen

Im Rahmen von Seminaren und Events bieten wir auch die Nutzung unserer voll ausgestatteten Seminarhausküche mit Konvektomat, Kippbräter, Gas- und Elektro-Herd, Kühlräumen, separater Spülküche etc. an. Bei einer pauschalen Exklusivanmietung für das ganze Seegut Blaue Blume ist die Miete der Küche schon inklusive. (ansonsten siehe Preisliste).

Nachhaltigkeit und Achtsamkeit in unserer Lebens- und Arbeitsweise ist uns wichtig! Das gilt auch für unser kulinarisches Angebot. Es ist möglich, sich von unserem kreativen Küchenteam bekochen zu lassen. Wir bieten für 45,- Euro pro Person auch eine Vollverpflegung für Gruppen ab 10 Personen an. Dabei verwenden wir, soweit es uns möglich ist, regionale Bioprodukte und legen großen Wert auf eine gesunde und geschmacklich vielfältige Menügestaltung (vegan oder vegetarisch).

Prinzipiell bereiten wir alle Hauptgerichte ohne Weizen und Laktose zu.
Auf Wunsch und zu besonderen Anlässen bereiten wir auch frisches Wildfleisch von der Jägerin aus der Nachbarschaft zu.

Intolerances must be communicated at least 10 days before an event. We will of course endeavour to take this into account when designing our menu. However, this is not always possible in individual cases.


Seminar Rooms

The large seminar room is around 75 m² in size and has its own toilets and a shower, parquet flooring and offers space for seminars, workshops and conferences. There are plenty of chairs and tables available if required. 

The small seminar room has a size of approx. 40 m² and is also equipped with tables and chairs. It can be used as a dining or seminar room, depending on requirements. Flip charts, projector, lighting and sound equipment are also available on request.  


Spacious triple rooms, double rooms, single rooms and a small flat, each with its own bathroom and toilet, are available for our group and seminar house guests (37 people in total). There is also the option of using a group dormitory (15 people). Families with children pay the regular room rates and for additional beds (if space permits) see below ...

Anzahlungen & Stornobedingungen (Gruppen & Event)

Please understand that if you cancel an existing booking, we will generally charge a processing fee of €75 (regardless of cancellation costs) for the work involved.

Vor der Veranstaltung ist vom Veranstalter eine Anzahlung von mindestens 500,- Euro vom zu leisten. Betragen die zur erwartenden Gesamtkosten mehr als 2.500 Euro, werden 20% als Anzahlung berechnet. Erst dann wird aus einer Anfrage eine feste Buchung bzw eine Reservierung. Vor Veranstaltungsbeginn ist der Restbetrag der Anzahlungsrechnung zu begleichen.

In the event of a deposit or cancellation (in accordance with the periods specified below), the organiser will be charged a minimum of 5 rooms, or the rooms previously reserved for participants.

Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the event: free of charge

Cancellation 12 - 6 weeks before the event: 50 % (room costs)

Stornierung weniger als 6 Wochen vor der Veranstaltung: 100 % (Raumkosten)

Cancellation less than 10 days before the event: 100 % (of all costs)

No deposit is required for bookings by private individuals and participants for an event.

Cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival are free of charge 

Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival: 50% (room costs)

Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival: 100% (all costs)

If the booking is cancelled by the organiser, the organiser will be charged the cancellation costs for participants in accordance with the cancellation conditions for organisers.

Arrival & Carpooling

It is also important to us to act sustainably and ecologically in this area. We are therefore happy to welcome visitors who find their way to us by public transport. For group shuttles we also have a contact to a local bus provider.

Those travelling by car are cordially invited to form car pools with other seminar participants and visitors. To encourage this, there is also the Seegut Blaue Blume carpooling group on Signal. This is also networked with fellow residents of the Seegut and other communities in the neighbourhood.

Dogs & Other Animals

You are welcome to bring your dog with you.

Das muss vorher jedoch unbedingt mit uns und ggf. mit den VeranstalterInnen abgesprochen sein.

The pet must always be supervised. If necessary, it must be kept on a lead. Under no circumstances may guest dogs roam around unsupervised.
Du bist für Häufchen, Betreuung und alle Sachschäden zu 100% verantwortlich. Immer wieder gibt es Veranstaltungen, bei denen es unpassend ist, deinen Hund mit ins Haus oder in die Gruppenräume zu bringen. Bitte sprich das bei deiner Anmeldung mit uns und oder dem Veranstalter ab. So we hope that everyone can feel safe and comfortable with us.

If your dog comes with you to the room, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €25.
