Seegut Blaue Blume
The Seegut "Blaue Blume" is located between Prenzlau and Templin in the middle of the idyllic Feldberg lake district in the heart of the Uckermark, about an hour and 30 minutes from Berlin.
The picturesque surroundings of the Seegut estate with gentle hills, clear, secluded lakes and old, healthy mixed forests invite you to come to rest and let your mind wander.
In an almost secluded location, the approximately 8-hectare property, including its own lake with a small island, forest and meadows, is an ideal place for offsites, seminars, retreats, workshops and training courses. The Seegut therefore also offers good opportunities for organising parties and celebrations and group excursions.
The estate and the seminar house are run by us, a colourful community of 15 people who live and work here. We work tirelessly and enthusiastically together to develop this magical place for ourselves and others with innovative and forward-looking projects.
Our Seminar Centre Focuses on:
Community-building process work, communication, youth and adult education in the areas of nature and the environment, sustainability and human potential development.
We invite you to a personal visit to Seegut Blaue Blume. You can get inspired on the veranda with a view of the lake or on a walk together to discover our extensive grounds and we will be happy to advise you on your planned project.
A total of 14 single, double and triple rooms, a small flat (35 beds in total) and a group dormitory for up to 15 people, as well as a number of tent options and Campervan sites are available for overnight stays. All rooms have their own bathroom with toilet and shower.
Groups can also use 2 seminar rooms, 2 dining rooms, a fully equipped seminar house kitchen, a sauna house with relaxation room, an outdoor barrel sauna and a fireplace with a sweat lodge in the forest.

Weddings & large events (Exclusive rental)
Would you like to hire the entire Seegut Blaue Blume exclusively for your event? Then you have the opportunity to book the entire Seegut including all 14 rooms (up to 35 people), group dormitory (up to 15 people), tent facilities, fireplace room, 2 seminar rooms, dining room, catering kitchen, barrel sauna, sauna house with relaxation and massage room, 2 terraces etc. for 1,950 euros / day. (min. 3 days or 2 nights).
Music in the outdoor area
coming together in a colourful and lively atmosphere is very important to us. This also includes music and dancing. For us as a venue hire company, this also means finding a setting where we can host your event without unnecessarily disturbing or even upsetting nature and the neighbourhood! This is very important to us!
1. in principle, no music, loud singing or drumming is possible outside after 22:00 or on Sundays! draußen nach 22:00 Uhr oder an Sonntagen möglich!
2. amplified music for dancing or concerts are only possible outside in consultation with us for a limited time until 20:00 (Monday to Saturday). oder Konzerte sind draußen nur in Absprach mit uns für eine begrenzte Zeit bis 20:00 Uhr (Montag bis Samstag) möglich.
3. concerts and loud music for dancing are only possible outside in one place (dance meadow next to the seminar house) with a 2-point system in a given direction.
4. loud process work such as emotional work needs a protected space and can only be realised indoors.
5. in consultation with us, you are welcome to dance, make music and celebrate in the seminar house as you wish.

Seminar Rooms
The large seminar room is around 75 m² in size and has its own toilets and a shower, parquet flooring and offers space for seminars, workshops and conferences. There are plenty of chairs and tables available if required.
The small seminar room has a size of approx. 40 m² and is also equipped with tables and chairs. It can be used as a dining or seminar room, depending on requirements. Flip charts, projector, lighting and sound equipment are also available on request.

Für die Übernachtungen unserer Gruppen- und Seminarhausgäste stehen großzügig angelegte Dreibett-, Doppelbett-, Einzelzimmer sowie ein Familienzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer mit Toilette zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus gibt es die Möglichkeit der Nutzung eines Gruppen-Schlafraumes. Familien mit Kindern zahlen die regulären Zimmer-Preise. Für die Endreinigung berechnen wir 15 € pro Zimmer.

For seminars and events, we offer the use of our fully equipped seminar house kitchen with convection oven, tilting roaster, gas and electric cooker, cold rooms and separate scullery, etc. The use of the kitchen is included in the all-inclusive price for exclusive hire. (otherwise see price list).Sustainability and mindfulness are important to us in the way we live and work! This also applies to our culinary offering. We offer you the opportunity to be cooked for by our creative kitchen team. We offer full vegetarian catering for groups of 12 people or more (one or more groups). As far as possible, we use regional organic products and attach great importance to a healthy and flavourful menu. On request, we are also happy to prepare game meat from the neighbourhood hunter for you. Intolerances must be communicated at least 10 days before an event. We will of course endeavour to take this into account when designing our menu. However, this is not always possible in individual cases. We ask for your understanding.

Cancellation conditions
Deposits & cancellation conditions (groups & events)
A deposit of at least 500 euros must be paid before the event. If the expected total costs are more than 2,500 euros, 20% will be charged as a deposit. An enquiry only becomes a firm booking after a deposit has been paid. Vor Veranstaltungsbeginn ist der Restbetrag zu begleichen.
In the event of a deposit or cancellation, the organiser will be charged for at least 5 rooms or the rooms previously reserved for participants.
- Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the event: free of charge
- Cancellation 12 - 6 weeks before the event: 50 % (room costs)
- Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the event: 100 % (room costs)
- Cancellation less than 10 days before the event: 100 % (of all costs)
Deposits & cancellation conditions (seminar participants)
No deposit is required for bookings by private individuals and participants for an event.
- Cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival are free of charge
- Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival: 50% (room costs)
- Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival: 100% (all costs)
If the booking is cancelled by the organiser, the organiser will be charged the cancellation costs for participants in accordance with the cancellation conditions for organisers.

Thank you discount (for organisers)
For an event lasting at least 5 nights and an occupancy of at least 8 rooms, we offer you a thank-you discount of 10% on all room costs (seminar rooms, rooms, kitchen and sauna). This also applies to the total amount of exclusive bookings. Excluded are individual guest bookings or invoices for events for which we handle the booking process. Catering costs are also excluded.

As a Naturefriends house, all Naturefriends groups whose participants are also Naturefriends can stay at Seegut Blaue Blume at a 10% discount on presentation of their Naturefriends ID card!
Arrival & Carpooling
It is also important to us to act sustainably and ecologically in this area. We are therefore happy to welcome visitors who find their way to us by public transport. For group shuttles we also have a contact to a local bus provider.

Those travelling by car are cordially invited to form car pools with other seminar participants and visitors. To encourage this, there is also the Seegut Blaue Blume carpooling group on Signal. This is also networked with fellow residents of the Seegut and other communities in the neighbourhood.

Liebe Gäste,
so gern wir möchten, können wir es organisatorisch einfach nicht leisten, bei all den wunderbaren Menschen, die uns besuchen, auch noch ihre verlorenen Schätze zu verwalten. Deswegen lautet die goldene Regel: Achte auf die Dinge die Dir wichtig sind und nimm sie bitte wieder mit. – bis auf die Zimmer Schlüssel, die behalten wir gerne da 😉 Am besten auf die Theke legen!
Sollte doch mal etwas liegen bleiben – sei es die Sonnenbrille, der Pulli oder die Thermoskanne – könnt ihr eure Sachen innerhalb von vier Wochen bei uns abholen. Nach dieser Zeit machen sie sich auf die Suche nach neuen Abenteuern in andere liebevolle Hände.
Und bevor jemand fragt: Nein, Eure Dinge verschicken wir nicht. Unsere Postabteilung besteht leider nur aus einer besonders unmotivierten Zimmerpflanze 😉
Wir bitten daher herzlich, auf Eure Sachen zu achten – und wir konzentrieren uns voll und ganz darauf ein magischer Ort der Begegnung zu sein!
Dogs & Other Animals
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. However, this must be agreed in advance with us and, if necessary, with the organisers. He/she must always be supervised. If necessary, it must be kept on a lead. Under no circumstances may guest dogs roam around unsupervised. You are 100% responsible for poo, care and any damage to property. There are always events where it is inappropriate to bring your dog into the house or group rooms. Please discuss this with us and/or the organiser when you register. So we hope that everyone can feel safe and comfortable with us. If you bring your dog into the room, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €25.
