The Seegut "Blaue Blume" is located between Prenzlau and Templin in the middle of the idyllic Feldberg lake district in the heart of the Uckermark, about an hour and 30 minutes from Berlin.
The picturesque surroundings of the Seegut estate with gentle hills, clear, secluded lakes and old, healthy mixed forests invite you to come to rest and let your mind wander.
In an almost secluded location, the approximately 8-hectare property, including its own lake with a small island, forest and meadows, is an ideal place for offsites, seminars, retreats, workshops and training courses. The Seegut therefore also offers good opportunities for organising parties and celebrations and group excursions.
The estate and the seminar house are run by us, a colourful community of 15 people who live and work here. We work tirelessly and enthusiastically together to develop this magical place for ourselves and others with innovative and forward-looking projects.

We invite you to a personal visit to Seegut Blaue Blume. You can get inspired on the veranda with a view of the lake or on a walk together to discover our extensive grounds and we will be happy to advise you on your planned project.
A total of 14 single, double and triple rooms, a small flat (35 beds in total) and a group dormitory for up to 15 people, as well as a number of tent options and Campervan sites are available for overnight stays. All rooms have their own bathroom with toilet and shower.
Groups can also use 2 seminar rooms, 2 dining rooms, a fully equipped seminar house kitchen, a sauna house with relaxation room, an outdoor barrel sauna and a fireplace with a sweat lodge in the forest.

– Verstärkte Musik draußen nur nach Absprache und bis 20:00 Uhr (Mo–Sa), ausschließlich auf der Tanzwiese
– Im Innenbereich könnt Ihr ganz frei, wild und ungestört tanzen, musizieren und feiern bis der Morgen graut.

Unser Seminar- und Gruppenhaus bietet einen ruhigen, gut strukturierten Rahmen für Gruppen mit mehrtägigen Seminaren im Haupthaus. Die Kombination aus naturnaher Lage, klaren Abläufen und flexiblen Möglichkeiten vor Ort unterstützt euch dabei, eure Formate stimmig und verlässlich umzusetzen. Im Haus stehen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für bis zu 35 Personen zur Verfügung. Alle Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette; Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Für die gemeinsame Arbeit steht ein 70 qm großer Seminarraum zur Verfügung.

Ergänzt wird das Haus durch verschiedene Aufenthaltsbereiche wie Kaminzimmer, Frühstückssalon und Speisezimmer. Mehrere Terrassen mit Wald- und Seeblick bieten zusätzliche Räume für Austausch und Rückzug.
Das Gelände umfasst 8 Hektar in ruhiger Alleinlage mit Wald, Wiese und einem See direkt am Haus. Die Umgebung eignet sich besonders für Formate, die Ruhe, Naturbezug und Konzentration miteinander verbinden.
Die Verpflegung kann flexibel gestaltet werden: vegetarisch oder vegan durch unser Haus oder in Selbstversorgung – je nach Konzept und Bedarf eurer Gruppe.

Seminar Rooms
The large seminar room is around 75 m² in size and has its own toilets and a shower, parquet flooring and offers space for seminars, workshops and conferences. There are plenty of chairs and tables available if required.
The small seminar room has a size of approx. 40 m² and is also equipped with tables and chairs. It can be used as a dining or seminar room, depending on requirements. Flip charts, projector, lighting and sound equipment are also available on request.

Für die Übernachtungen unserer Gruppen- und Seminarhausgäste stehen großzügig angelegte Dreibett-, Doppelbett-, Einzelzimmer sowie ein Familienzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus gibt es die Möglichkeit der Nutzung eines Gruppen-Schlafraumes. Familien mit Kindern zahlen die regulären Zimmer-Preise.

Things Lost and Found
Dear guests
As much as we would like to, we simply cannot afford to organise all the wonderful people who visit us and manage their lost treasures. That's why the golden rule is: take care of the things that are important to you and please take them back with you. - Except for the room keys, we like to keep them 😉 It's best to put them on the counter!
If something is left behind - be it sunglasses, a jumper or a thermos flask - you can collect your items from us within four weeks. After this time, they will go in search of new adventures in other loving hands.
And before anyone asks: No, we don't send your things. Unfortunately, our post department only consists of one particularly unmotivated houseplant 😉
We therefore kindly ask you to take care of your belongings - and we are fully focussed on being a magical meeting place!
Dogs & Other Animals
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. However, this must be agreed in advance with us and, if necessary, with the organisers. He/she must always be supervised. If necessary, it must be kept on a lead. Under no circumstances may guest dogs roam around unsupervised. You are 100% responsible for poo, care and any damage to property. There are always events where it is inappropriate to bring your dog into the house or group rooms. Please discuss this with us and/or the organiser when you register. So we hope that everyone can feel safe and comfortable with us. If you bring your dog into the room, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €25.
