Fifteen rooms, two seminar rooms, an old fireside hall and a kitchen that is yours. All around, seven hectares of woodland and a still lake in which the phone grows quieter of its own accord.
No shared breakfast with strangers, no conference-hotel carpet. You arrive, the gate closes behind you, and for a few days this is your place — with good coffee, good bread and the good butter.
Strategy, roadmap, kick-off. A place without distraction, where a decision is allowed to mature before it is made.
Sauna by the water, woodland to the horizon, evenings by the fire. For teams who are also allowed to do nothing now and then.
The whole house, the whole night, your own people. With room to stay over, so no one has to leave early.
Gentle hills, still water, old mixed woodland. Grass paths along the shore, weeping willows over the bank, wildflowers wherever they please. The estate lies so deep in the green that the nearest road is little more than a memory.
The barrel sauna sits by the water, and in the evening the fire in front of it burns of its own accord. Then a few steps down to the shore — and the day is officially over.
In summer the jetty in the morning mist, in winter the snow on the timber. Both are part of it.
Besides the barrel sauna by the lake there is the sauna house: an electric sauna for up to twelve people, a relaxation room under the roof, a massage room and a lounge on the ground floor. With exclusive hire, all of it is included.
Booked separately, the sauna house costs 149 € per four hours, each further hour 20 €. The attic also holds the group dormitory, with space for up to 15 people.
Two seminar rooms, the library and, in summer, the tent in the garden. A circle of chairs, seated rows or the floor — the rooms play along, whether you're refining a strategy, running a training session or simply talking things over in peace. The projector's on, the wifi holds, the pens write.
And when your head is full, your own fireside hall, the team kitchen and the lake are right next door.
Seated rows hold more people than a circle of chairs, bodywork and floor work the fewest — hence the staggered figures. Larger groups spread across several rooms. The outdoor seminar room is included free of charge from May to October. All prices incl. statutory VAT.
Two salons for breakfast and dinner, a fully equipped catering kitchen — and when the evening is warm, you simply lay the table in the garden. Fresh, mostly vegetarian, and game from the region on request.
We arrived with an open roadmap and left with a settled one. The place had a remarkable part in that.
No hotel buffet, no lift muzak. Just us, the fire and the lake. Exactly the quiet we needed.
Sauna in the evening, mist over the water in the morning. The team still talks about it today — and works better together.
For celebrations, weddings and large events you hire the Seegut entirely exclusively — the main house with 15 rooms (36–50 people) and a group dormitory (up to 15 people). 50 covered sleeping places including bed linen & towels, minimum 3 days / 2 nights.
The kitchen and the bar are not included in the exclusive hire. Both can be added — please just ask us.
You don't have to hire the whole house. Rooms, seminar rooms and catering are also available individually — for seminars and smaller groups.

Yes. Let us know at least 10 days in advance and we will plan around it.
Indoors you can dance, play music and celebrate until dawn. Outdoors we protect nature and our neighbours: music, singing or drumming are not possible outside after 21:00, and not at all on Sundays. Amplified music outdoors is only possible by arrangement and until 20:00 from Monday to Saturday, exclusively on the dance meadow.
The entire ground floor is on one level and reachable via a ramp at the terrace. It holds three bedrooms, the library, a seminar room, the lobby and toilets.
Yes, friendly dogs are welcome. On the grounds they need to stay on the lead — the place is simply too big to fence in. For rooms with a dog we charge a 25 € final cleaning fee.
Yes. Families pay the regular room rates, and children without their own bed stay free of charge. For catering, children up to 6 are free and from 6 to 14 we charge half. For the exclusive-hire rate tier, however, every person on site counts — children of every age included.
Yes. With the self-run bar you bring your drinks anyway. With the bar of trust we charge a corkage fee for drinks you bring — just talk to us about it.
You send us an enquiry via the form and receive an offer. Once the deposit of 30 % (at least 500 €) has arrived, the date is firmly secured. The balance is due before arrival.
For groups and organisers: free of charge up to 14 weeks before, 50 % up to 8 weeks, 100 % of room costs under 6 weeks. Catering can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days beforehand. All deadlines are on the prices page.
