Everyone who supports Seegut Blaue Blume with a booking helps sustain a living community — thank you. Below you'll find the exclusive-hire package as well as all individual rates, so you can put together an offer entirely to your wishes.

The whole estate — for weddings & large events
You hire Seegut entirely for yourselves, in near-seclusion, surrounded by forest, meadows and lakes. Included in the exclusive booking:
- Estate with 15 rooms (36–50 people)
- Group dormitory (up to 15 people)
- Tent meadow (15 pitches)
- Camper pitches (8 pitches)

- Large & small seminar room

The kitchen and the bar are not included in the exclusive hire. Both can be added — please just ask us.
Minimum 3 days / 2 nights · 50 covered sleeping places incl. bed linen & towels (66 places if the apartment is booked as well) · The rate tier is based on the total number of people on site — including children of every age.
One preparation and one wrap-up day for up to six people — subject to availability, without a guaranteed commitment.

All rooms have their own bathroom with toilet and can also be used at lower occupancy (double and triple rooms as single rooms, etc.). Rooms are charged according to occupancy. Stock: 2 single, 7 double, 5 triple, 1 family room = 15 rooms, plus a group dormitory (up to 15 people), 8 camper pitches, 15 tent pitches.
Bed linen and towels are included — in the group dormitory too. Children without their own bed stay free of charge. For stays of a single night we charge 15 € final cleaning per room. For rooms with dogs we charge a final cleaning fee of 25 €.

The three-room apartment under the roof — bookable as a whole
The attic apartment is let as a whole rather than room by room. It is not part of the exclusive booking but can be added — which brings the estate to 66 instead of 50 covered sleeping places.

Vegetarian full board from 12 people, as far as possible with regional organic produce. On request we also prepare venison from the huntswoman next door. Please tell us about intolerances at least 10 days in advance.
Children up to 6 years eat free of charge, from 6 to 14 years we charge 50 %, from 14 years the full rate.

We cook for you — or you cook yourselves.
Both work, and so does a mix of the two. The professional commercial kitchen with wash-up and cold rooms is not included in the exclusive hire, but can be added at any time.

For exclusive bookings the handover is arranged individually; the grounds are vacated on the last day of the event.
Organisers & groups
To secure your preferred date we charge a deposit of at least 500 €, or 30 % of the total cost for larger bookings. This amount is due immediately. Your enquiry is only confirmed as binding once payment has been received. The balance is to be settled by bank transfer before the event begins. Any additional services or consumption during your stay will be invoiced afterwards.
Seminar participants & individual bookings
No deposit invoice is issued — instead the total amount is invoiced directly and is due immediately. The booking is only confirmed as binding once payment has been received; the amount is to be settled in full before arrival.
Catering
If a confirmed booking is cancelled we charge — irrespective of the costs stated above — an administration fee of 75 € for events and groups, or 25 € for individual bookings. If an organiser cancels a booking, the participants' cancellation costs are invoiced to the organiser in line with the organiser terms.
